Return & Refund Policy :
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must not be damaged and should be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the packaging that you have received.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase & Make sure take open Video after you receive the parcel so if there is any problem it can be replaced, If No Video then No Exchange or No Return
We provide a 24-hour functionality warranty on all pre-owned games after delivery. Each disc is stamped with our logo to facilitate returns and prevent misuse. Returns or replacements will be processed only if the stamp remains untampered. Tampered stamps will void return eligibility.
If the product isn’t working, we’ll arrange a pickup, test it, and provide a replacement if necessary. Fully functional items will be returned, and customers must pay the shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled any time before shipment by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone. For cancellations of prepaid orders before dispatch, a 3% processing fee (inclusive of taxes) will be charged, regardless of the payment method. However, this fee will be waived if the issue is due to Hitech Gamez, such as an out-of-stock product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Replacements On Pre-owned Consoles
Our policy lasts 15 days from delivery. A customer can replace a product within 15 days for preowned consoles only. You may return any pre-owned product purchased from hitechgamez.in that is “damaged on arrival,” arrives in damaged condition, or miss-shipment (wrong product) customers need to take a video before opening the package.
We provide 15 days testing warranty for customers, if they found any issues with in the console they can return the item with in 15 days, we are here to help you for replacement or Free repair ( if replacement not avaialble)
Note :- Every pre-owned console or controllers or products comes with warranty label sticker with date & our signature on them, if that sticker is tampered or removed or missing No Exchange / No Return or No replacement will be accepted.
If you wont receive the item without warranty label or sticker with date you need to notify us on whatsapp immidiately after you received unboxing video is mandatory while opening
hitechgamez.in reserves the right to test “damaged on arrival” returns and impose a customer fee equal to 10-20 percent of the product sales price, if the customer misrepresents/false accusations on the condition of the product. Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering or serial number missmatch will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
If 15 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
What do I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty product?
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received an incorrect or faulty product. In this case always take a video before opening the package . Please contact us straight away with your order number and further details about the issue and we will investigate this for you.
• Hitechgamez.in Return Policy is implied only where the product have defect or damage. We do not accept returns in case of wrong selection made by customer.
• Customers may be asked to send the product back, in case the reverse pick up cannot be honored due to operational restrictions. Customers need to manually ship the defective product back to our store address.
• No Cancellation or Return on wrong selection post-delivery. All customers are requested to check specifications/configuration requirements before placing the order or whats app us for details.
• hitechgamez.in Return Policy is implied only where the product has defect or damage. Cases where the wrong selection was made by the customer, will be considered discretionary returns and may attract Cancellation/Restocking charges (10%-25% on Product value)
• Customer can contact by Whatsapp or by email at support@hitechgamez.in for warranty support.
• Cancellation of order post procurement/prior to delivery may attract up to 10% restocking charges.
• In case of wrong selection of product by the customer, the return request may not be considered post-delivery of the product.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should ship your product to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
