I TRIED PLACING AN ORDER THROUGH CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD, BUT THE ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THE MONEY DEDUCTED FROM THE BANK ACCOUNT?

First of all please check your bank/credit card account to ensure that the amount has been debited. If the same has happened after the payment failure, the bank normally rolls backs the amount in 7 business days. The time taken varies from bank to bank, and unfortunately we won’t be able to help you.

If the bank asks you to contact us, and if the money has been received by us we will initiate a refund for the same within 3-5 days of your request. Or if you are still interested in placing an order we can process the same for you if the money has been received by us.

When Will The Product get delivered?

Within state we send through standard courier partners like DTDC, Professional courier etc depending up on your location

For Prepaid orders

From within our state Andhra Pradesh 1-2 day delivery from the day it gets shipped, For other states in south India metro cities shipments are reached generally 2-3 working days itself. For other cities it may take 4 days or more.

FOR COD ORDERS

All cash on delivery orders usually reach 4-6 working days.
Pre-Order products starts same day shipping.

When & How will my order be dispatched?

You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, this will contain the carrier and tracking information, Same day pickup available on orders place before 1pm We estimate it will take approximately next business day from the time your order was placed.

During busy periods this processing time may be extended. You will receive an email update with your tracking link once your order has been dispatched. You can also keep up to date on your order progress by using the tracking online, You can also keep track of your order progress by using the tracking panel tool.

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?

Our courier person call u and come to your location If you are not home at the time of delivery reattempts the delivery, your parcel will be taken back to the depot and held for pickup or redelivery or else you can talk with courier person and tell your timings for redelivery

Why is Next Day Delivery or 2 Day Delivery not available for my postcode?
Stay tuned! At this stage, Next Day Delivery and 2 Day Delivery is only available for eligible locations with in Andhra Pradesh State.

When will my Next Day Delivery  or 2 Day Delivery order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the next business day. You will receive an email update with your tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Track the progress of your order with our track my order section.

How long will it take for my 1-2 Day Delivery order to arrive?

Can I cancel my order?

  • We aim to process your order as soon as it is received therefore unfortunately, you cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Please cancel your order before dispatch from ‘My Account’ page If you no longer require an item
  • No Cancellation or Return on wrong selection post-delivery. All customers are requested to check items specifications/configuration/requirements.
  • In case of wrong selection of product by the customer, the return request may not be considered refund on Cancellation after dispatch- Any refund requested by customer will attract up to 10% restocking charges or full amount will be added in your account as credits which you can use on our website

What do I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty product?

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received an incorrect or faulty product. In this case always take a video before opening the package Please contact us straight away with your order number and further details about the issue and we will investigate this for you.

Why has my order or item in my order been cancelled?

Many items are picked and packed in store by our team members. On occasion, we’re unable to find your item in store, due to limited or changing stock levels. We do our best to monitor these levels and try to eliminate this as much as possible. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you to advise of any unavailable items within your order.

I have made an error in my shipping address. Can this be changed?
