Shipping Policy
1. Same Day Shipping
- Order Cut-Off Time: To qualify for same-day shipping, orders must be placed before 4:00 PM IST on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
2. Pre-Order Products
- Pre-Order Processing: If your order contains pre-order products, it will not be eligible for same-day shipping. Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they are available in stock.
- We will notify you by email once your pre-order has been shipped, along with tracking details.
- Please note that orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped when all items are available. For faster shipping of in-stock items, we recommend placing a separate order.
3. Processing and Shipping
- Once your order is placed and confirmed, we begin processing it immediately. We strive to ship all eligible orders on the same day if placed before the cut-off time.
- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
4. Cancellations
- No Cancellations After Shipping: Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped by contacting our customer support team promptly.
- After the order has been shipped, all requests will be treated as returns, subject to our Return Policy.
5. Shipping Days
- Orders are processed and shipped only on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
- Shipped Orders will be delivered within 1-2 days for Andhra Pradesh, rest states it will take 3-5 business days depending upon your location
