Terms and Conditions for Sell Orders or Buy-Back:
Preowned Game CDs:
We only accept preowned game CDs that are in good working condition. We do not accept the following:

- Medium – Heavily scratched or damaged discs: CDs with deep scratches, cracks, or visible damage that may affect playability or cause loading issues are not accepted.
- Disc errors: If the game disc frequently skips, freezes, or displays error messages during gameplay, it will be rejected.
- Unplayable discs: CDs that are unreadable by standard consoles due to excessive wear, data corruption, or other defects are not eligible for buyback.
- Damaged CD Box: If the game’s case is cracked, broken, or otherwise damaged, a deduction of ₹100 will apply. The box must be intact to protect the disc.
Our goal is to ensure that the preowned CDs we offer are in working condition and provide a smooth gaming experience for future buyers.
Tampered or Repaired Consoles:
We do not accept any consoles that have been tampered with or had their factory seal broken for unauthorized repairs or modifications. This includes:

- Consoles with broken or missing factory seals: If the original seal placed by the manufacturer has been tampered with or broken, the console is considered modified and will be rejected.
- Modified consoles: Consoles that have undergone hardware or software modifications, such as jailbreaks, custom firmware installations, or hardware replacements, are not accepted.
- Repaired consoles: Consoles that have been repaired by an unauthorized service provider, especially if internal components have been altered or replaced, will be rejected due to the potential risks of hardware failure or incompatibility.
Accepting tampered or modified consoles can lead to performance issues, software incompatibilities, or warranty voids, which is why we maintain strict standards for the preowned consoles we buy back.
1. You agree to these rules when selling products back to us through our Buyback Program.2. Eligibility: You must be 18+ years old, legally own the items, and have the right to sell them.3. Products Eligible for Buyback: Only certain types of products are accepted, and they must meet certain condition standards.4. Product Evaluation: We evaluate your item (e.g., checking functionality and condition) to determine its value.5. Offer and Acceptance: After evaluation, we’ll make an offer. You can accept or reject it. If accepted, the sale is final.6. Ownership Transfer: Once you accept the offer, we own the item, and you can’t ask for it back.7. Payment Terms: We pay you after the offer is accepted, through methods like Gpay,Phonepe,Paytm,BHIM upi or bank transfer.8. Shipping and Risk of Loss: We provide a shipping label, but you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.9. Fraud Prevention: We may check your identity to avoid fraud. Stolen or counterfeit products will be rejected.10. Non-Accepted Products: If your item doesn’t qualify, we’ll return it to you at no cost.11. Limitation of Liability: We’re not responsible for losses beyond the amount we offered for your item.12. Warranties: You guarantee that the product is yours, lawful, and as described.13. Disclaimer for Preowned Consoles and Discs
1. Condition of Preowned Products
All preowned consoles and discs sold through Hitech Gamez are thoroughly tested to ensure functionality before being listed for sale. However, these products may exhibit signs of wear and tear, including but not limited to:○ Scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic blemishes on the exterior.○ Minor performance variations compared to new products.○ Missing original packaging or accessories.
2. Warranty and Support
Preowned products may not be covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Hitech Gamez provides a limited warranty for preowned products, as detailed in our Return and Warranty Policy, but does not guarantee compatibility with future software or hardware updates.
3. Performance and Compatibility
While we strive to ensure that all preowned consoles and discs function properly, we cannot guarantee perfect performance, especially on games or media that require online services or updates. Preowned discs may have minor scratches that do not affect playability .
4. No Guarantee on Online Access or DLC Codes
For consoles and games requiring online services or access, Hitech Gamez does not guarantee that any previously linked accounts, memberships, or downloadable content (DLC) associated with the preowned product will be available. Customers may need to purchase new licenses or memberships.
5. Return Policy for Preowned Products
Our preowned consoles and discs are sold “as-is,” but we offer a 7-day return period for any major defects not disclosed at the time of purchase. Please review our Returns and Refunds Policy for more information. Wear and tear or minor cosmetic damage does not qualify for returns or exchanges.
6. Liability Limitations
Hitech Gamez is not liable for any data loss, account issues, or damages arising from the use of preowned consoles or discs. The responsibility for ensuring proper maintenance and handling of these products after purchase rests solely with the buyer.
7. Buyer’s Acknowledgment
By purchasing a preowned console or disc from Hitech Gamez, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the conditions outlined in this disclaimer, including any limitations on performance, warranty, and support.
Jurisdiction
