Returns and Refunds Policy
An order can be canceled any time before shipment only, contact by what’s App or you can call us and inform. If customers need cancellation after shipping the item, then a nominal cancellation charges will be applied depeding up on the shipping and packing value, it will be deducted and will initiate refund.
What do I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty product?
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received an incorrect or faulty product. In this case always take a video before opening the package . Please contact us straight away with your order number and further details about the issue and we will investigate this for you.
• Hitechgamez.in Return Policy is implied only where the product have defect or damage. We do not accept returns in case of wrong selection made by customer.
• Customers may be asked to send the product back, in case the reverse pick up cannot be honored due to operational restrictions. Customers need to manually ship the defective product back to our store address.
• No Cancellation or Return on wrong selection post-delivery. All customers are requested to check specifications/configuration requirements before placing the order.
• hitechgamez.in Return Policy is implied only where the product has defect or damage. Cases where the wrong selection was made by the customer, will be considered discretionary returns and may attract Cancellation/Restocking charges (10%-20% on Product value)

• Cancellation of order post procurement/prior to delivery may attract up to 10% restocking charges.
• In case of wrong selection of product by the customer, the return request may not be considered post-delivery of the product.
Replacements On Pre-owned Products
Our policy lasts 15 days from delivery. A customer can replace a product within 15 days for preowned consoles only. You may return any pre-owned product purchased from hitechgamez.in that is “damaged on arrival,” arrives in damaged condition, or miss-shipment (wrong product) customers need to take a video before opening the package.
hitechgamez.in reserves the right to test “damaged on arrival” returns and impose a customer fee equal to 10-20 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents/false accusations on the condition of the product. Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
hitechgamez.in will not accept returns of any product or console more than 15 days after you receive the shipment.
Certain products are non-returnable such as game software/accessories/digital products etc.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If 15 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days.

-Product with obvious signs of use
-Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product supplied, we arrange the reverse pickup except for remote locations where service is not available. For un-serviceable location, the customer has to arrange to ship the item to the address of our store.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
